The History of WPAA
The organization was founded by Ralph and Darlene Holloway to help revitalize the old downtown and to implement an organizational structure to assist in facilitating economic growth, thus providing a higher quality of life for residents and Woodland Park's many visitors.
Woodland Park Arts Alliance (WPAA) was registered as a Nonprofit Corporation on October 25, 2004. The Alliance received its IRS determination as an official 501 (c) (3) on August 26, 2009 - EIN# 59-3779282. WPAA is currently in compliance with all regulations and remains in good standing as determined by the IRS.
WPAA is current with the state of Colorado "Certificate"- ID#20041373196 and in good standing as a Nonprofit Corporation formed or register on 10/25/2004. WPAA Duns # 078498781. WPAA is a GuideStar Platinum member.
